Lately there are remarkable things going on in my life. Eventually when I started this blog I wanted to convince everyone that Life-coaching is the best way to change your life. I still believe it is but I realized that I cannot “convince” people and “make them” hire a coach. It doesn’t make sense.
Some gurus try to tell people that happiness and success are things you just have to think of and then they will come to you effortlessly …
What does “effortless” mean? Does it mean you don’t have to do anything but think about what you desire and project the right image into the universe ?
Effortless in my opinion means that you are aligned with your true “soul purpose”. The work you do has to be meaningful and fulfilling. I wonder how many women feel fulfilled with the work they do ? Sure, everybody can have an “off-day” every now and then but personally I experience these kind of days less and less… More often I get a real buzz when I’m working and writing about coaching and building networks. It just feels absolutely great to bring people together in a loving way.
And then, indeed remarkable things start to happen! Last week I had written an article on one of our blogs in which I used a metaphor of driving a car without any driving skills and using “The Secret” without any professional guidance. Just one hour later I joined Hyves (a Dutch version of Myspace) just to reed an article by a women who had used exactly the same metaphor in the same context at the same time. For me this is no funny or “paranormal” abracadabra, it is just what happens when people connect. No more, no less.
Whatever it is that I can share with people, I believe that it will come to them at the right time in the right way. Since I have realized this there are more and more women getting in touch with me who are looking for ways to change their lives for the better. It feels
as if I’m in the middle of a great Jigsaw puzzle of which the pieces are falling into place …
